Eric Purgaric is so thorough that he takes his clients through a 2-3 hour home inspection, gives them a computer-generated report, and walks them through the home again to show them problem areas and other points detailed in his reports. Eric covers Oakland and Macomb counties and the cities of Rochester Hills, Troy, Royal Oak, Sterling Heights, Shelby, and Utica.

Having done home remodeling for 15 years, Eric became interested in inspection and now specializes in residences. He has a builder’s license and was licensed through Middleton Real Estate Training Inc. His computerized reports run 15-20 pages, enhanced with his personal notes and full-color pictures. He requests 24 hours’ advance notice and works seven days a week.
